Blogger’s Challenge - Week 14

Posted in Recent projects at 6:40 pm

What a whirlwind of a week - I finally was able to finish my Blogger’s Challenge for the week. Keeping the details simple - simple technique “Resist”week-14.jpg

Stamp Sets: This cute little snowman is a Karen Lockhart colored with Copic markers, sentiment from A Muse.

Cardstock: Stampin Up- Not Quite Navy, Blue Bayou, glossy; Doodle Bug embossed papers and frills.

I custom made my Spectrum pad using Ranger’s Cut-N-Dry stamp pad felt trimmed to the width of my brayer and about 4″ high. Using Stampin Up reinkers I line the strips of ink (I found that using some of SU’s stamp set cases make a nice holder for the pad - put in before adding inkers - and will accommodate the brayer - close and it will keep just like other pads) Reinkers: SU Not Quite Navy, Blue Bayou, Garden Green, Wasabi, Celery

So now I have my Spectrum pad. I cut my glossy and then stamp loose pattern using VersaMark. Let sit for a couple of minutes, with inked brayer cover the glossy paper.

The rest is pretty straight forward. Enjoy, Lila
